Thoughts on Ernesto.....

Welcome to the first Florida storm of the season.  Even though Ernesto didn't blow much of a punch, it is important to remember that not all storms are that nice (Remember Wilma?)  Anyway, we boarded up 1/2 the restaurant and were closed for approximately five hours to cook all of the food.  You see, we feel it is better to run out and make fresh just in case of the feared power outage.  As they say, better safe than sorry.  So we appreciate your patience in letting us reopen the right and healthy way and hope to see you soon!
